Returns
We are extremely proud of our beers. However, sometimes things go wrong so if you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know straight away (and within 30 days). Email us at admin@akaakabrewing.co.nz with a description of the problem and we’ll let you know what to do next.
Refunds
We are happy to exchange or refund your order value for up to 30 days (excluding shipping costs). To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused, be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Should you wish to cancel an online order and it has not yet been dispatched, we will refund the total amount received. Orders that have been dispatched from our warehouse prior to cancellation will be refunded once the items are returned to us.
Shipping
Our beers are despatched nationwide in New Zealand; however, we do not ship to Waiheke Island, Chatham Island, Stewart Island or Great Barrier Island.
We do not ship internationally.
Beer orders are despatched during business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders received on a public holiday will be despatched on the next business day.
